Plum is the vidaXL/dropXL design system, used across 30 country webshops and the B2B platform. I took it over at the launch of the new B2C webshop and run it like an internal product, with versions, a changelog and WCAG compliance work alongside engineering.
It worked well in Figma, but the gap between design and implementation kept growing: hardcoded values, duplicated components, decisions that did not survive handoff.
Plum React closes that gap. I made the Figma system agent-ready, tokenized the existing HTML blocks and set up a pipeline that builds the React library from the design source.
The full case study is password protected.
It includes internal product work, so the process, decisions and screens sit behind a password. If you do not have it, email me and I will send it.
